No, there are no pickup or delivery fees. However, in certain areas where we face challenges in providing our services, there may be service fees. We aim to keep our services as accessible as possible, and any applicable fees are transparently communicated to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

We’ve kept it simple for you. The minimum charge is $30 for the first 12 pounds of laundry. After that, it’s an additional $2.50 per pound. We weigh your items, and you’re only charged for what you use. This transparent approach ensures you get fair and straightforward pricing for the services you need.

Any items that our staff determines as not suitable for Wash and Fold are handled separately. While we make an effort to contact customers when an item is deemed unsuitable, customers are responsible for any additional charges that may apply. While we take great care to prevent any loss, all customer items are sorted and placed in large laundry bags for cleaning. These bags are dried and folded individually. Despite our best efforts, as items are not individually tagged, Maple Laundry cannot be held responsible for any item that was not cleaned and returned. It’s important to note that  Maple Laundry is only liable for the bags our driver picks up. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and reliable service.
